Educate yourself. Motion sickness and or headaches can occur when the FOV is set too low. I myself did not get motion sickness while playing this game BUT I did get a headache after the first 20 minutes and had to stop. The headache went away in another 20 minutes. Setting the FOV to 72 solved this problem.
