Kepttrying and what worked for me was: Turn off console/Plug in Hori/Toggle on PS-N mode/Start Assetto/Controller Preset 2 (Wheel Tab does not work in Assetto) of course make sure to hit PS button on wheel then it will recognize controller. Then I just set sensitivity and speed to '0'.

ThrottleBrake on Z axis. Steering only moves with "+" going left and right. Right shifter #3 button. Left shifter #1 button. Then in game wheel/custom is highlighted. throttle/brake "combined" is checked (I thought it was seperate, its my other wheel that is) "invert" is checked for throttle. then map shifter etc.
