It runs fine and gives no errors but it still does not fix the issue. It still will not find the file and without it I cannot install the program. Or am I using the wrong driver for it? The other thing I have tried is when clicking on the .msi it gives me the option to remove or repair.
I had some trouble with that Intel NIC on my Z590 Gaming Force too. What eventually did the trick: In the adapter options (you will find them in the network settings), set "Energy-efficient Ethernet" to disabled, and set Speed to 1.0 GBps Full Duplex instead of Auto. Maybe one of the two already helps, try the first one.

During interactive install the installer asked for the path to msodbcsql_[version]_x64.msi, but wasn't satisfied with the linked/downloaded MSI. The path supplied by the installer seemed to indicate the package was once installed from automatic software deployment, which had probably failed.
AX200 Bluetooth unavailable. 01-08-2021 02:19 PM. Just installed new MSI x570 Tomahawk Wifi MB. According to spec, it has Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 module, which is supposed to support WiFi and Bluetooth 5.1. Once I installed Windows 10 x64 (clean install, no drivers) - I did not see any Bluetooth devices.
